Procedures of becoming a USCGA Member.

• Before any cotton producer can be eligible to become a USCGA Member, you must go to the contact us tab and complete the form. Producers that have previously been involved in the pool will have first preference over New Members. All new users will be accessed by information they provide and the accuracy of information. Please be assured that all information that is submitted with USCGA stays in house and is not distributed to anyone without your permission. Please refer to our Privacy statement.
  
  
• New Members, once approved, will be expected to reference the USCGA Documents and understand them fully. Signup period for South Texas producers must be submitted no later than the end of December of each year. Existing members and new members must complete enrollment forms every year.
  
  
• All other existing producers from other regions have until the end of March of each year to submit their forms.
