The USCGA (US Cotton Growers Association) is a non profit grower marketing cooperative. The Association is a CMA (Commodity Marketing Association) and is registered with the U.S Government. The Association was established in 1998. A group of producers in West Texas decided that they wanted to establish a Marketing Pool and have a reliable merchant manage the Pool. Today the USCGA Pool covers five states, with over 800 members producing greater than 500,000 bales of upland cotton every year.
